Frequently Asked Questions
We roast in small batches multiple times per week and ship all orders within 24 hours of roasting. This ensures you receive beans at their peak freshness. The roast date is clearly marked on every bag.
Our subscription service allows you to receive regular deliveries of fresh beans without having to remember to reorder. You can choose your frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly), and you'll receive a 10% discount on every order. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
We stand behind our coffee 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll either replace it with another blend or provide a full refund.
For Melbourne metro areas, orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. For the rest of Australia, please allow 2-5 business days. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide.
